This chic product is excellent value! Lecithin is a very healthy supplement for the whole family. My 10-year-old daughter takes one tablet, while my husband and I take two after meals. Following my doctor’s advice, we purchased sunflower lecithin in both powder and capsule forms. Although the powder is cheaper, I find capsules more convenient. I bought it for my 1-year-old child, but I also decided to give it to older children and take it myself.
